  1. Hi Kiri
    Please let me know your order number and date for the Ground Crew Silver. At present I can only see a Kiri who has completed the Free Preview. The Ground Crew Silver course shows as incomplete. Just in case you’ve used a different name, if you advise me of your order number and date, then I can sort this out.

  2. Ground Crew silver was an amazing course which I learnt a lot from it and has inspired me to enroll in more full time courses with itc. It has been especially good considering i’m a school student and can still get a qualification and knowledge of the Tourism and travel industry while at school.

  3. Hi, you can look at the first lesson within Ground Crew Free Preview straight away. The Bronze option for Ground Crew is NZ$25. Only the Careers in Tourism & Travel Bronze course is free of charge.

  9. The Silver course option includes lessons, quizzes, an assessment, and a Certificate of Completion. The Gold course option includes all of that (lessons, quizzes, assessment, certificate) and also tutor support, and monitoring.

    The Ground Crew course is great for people wanting to work at an airport. Do you live close to an airport?

  17. I’ve just completed the Gold Cabin Crew course, and would like to say how impressed I am with not only the course material, but with feedback and contact from Carla. She’s been fantastic! I’ve learned so much, the course covers exactly what one needs to know in order to proceed further in this chosen field. The lessons are set out in such a way that they’re informative, attention grabbing and very well paced out. I’d highly recommend this course for anyone aspiring to become a flight attendant, or one already in the preliminary stages of training.

    The Cabin Crew Online Silver course will take 4 to 10 hours to complete.

    The Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you within 48 hours of you alerting us to the fact you have completed the course. (We do NOT get an automated message when you finish.)

    The Certificate of Completion is issued by the International Travel College of New Zealand. We have been a fully accredited and approved provider of training for the airline, travel and tourism industries for nearly 20 years.

    The course most definitely prepares you for working as a Flight Attendant for an international or domestic airline!

    In the Cabin Crew Free Preview you can do a trial, and complete lesson one.
    That will also include the contents of the whole course, so you get a really good idea which topics are included on the course.

    Only the Silver and Gold courses have a Certificate of Completion once you have completed all lessons and quizzes.

    This certificate does not apply to any of the Bronze courses.

    Nice try! 🙂 The only free Bronze course option is for Careers in Tourism & Travel, which is a great course to give you a good idea what the international tourism and travel industries are all about.

    The Bronze course option for Cabin Crew is only NZ$29. What a bargain!

    If you would like to receive a Certificate of Completion once you have completed the course, you need to opt for one of the Silver course options. They include lessons, quizzes and an assessment, so you can check your understanding of the material, and we can check you have completed before issuing you with your Certificate.

    The Silver course option for Careers in Travel & Tourism is only NZ$25.

    If you have purchased the Cabin Crew Online Silver course, you need to complete all the lessons and all quizzes on this online course to be able to get the Certificate of Completion.

    I cannot find you under MACHETE689, so assume you must have purchased the Silver course. The Certificate doesn’t apply to the Bronze course.

    Btw, your keyboard is stuck on CAPITAL LETTERS. 🙂

    Thank you for your enquiry. The Ground Crew online course is for people who want to work at the airport, for example in check-in, boarding or customs. We also have a Cabin Crew online course available, which is for people who are interested in working for an airline, as a Flight Attendant. Maybe that course is better for you?

    Upon purchased, there is a ‘view this course now’ option at the bottom of the page.
    If you didn’t see that, please login, go to ‘MY COURSES’, and click on the course name. Then click on the lesson names in the order they appear on your screen. If a quiz applies to that lesson, it will appear as an option to click on at the bottom of the lesson.

    No, there is no error. The bronze, silver and gold option include exactly the same lessons. However, if you choose a different topic (e.g., Cabin Crew) you will find it is a different course with different lesson content.

    All quizzes are included in your online lessons, about every 4th lesson. The first quiz has a glitch, but all others will grade your results correctly. Hence you will know if you have read and understood all of the available information.
    Please email me when you have completed the last quiz (which is longer) so that I know to provide you with your Certificate of Completion.

    Thank you for your message. This Cabin Crew training is quite broad, and doesn’t teach you specifics for one airline or one particular aircraft. The individual airlines take care of that training. So you won’t have any ‘clashes’ of knowledge, if that is what you concerns you.
